THE RENTAL PROCESS
We offer 10-month and 12-month leases for apartments around Corvallis. Fill out an application today! Give us a call to find out more!
STEP 1. APPLY
Fill out the preliminary application and return it to us at the address below or via e-mail. Students who recently have been accepted to OSU, please include a copy of your acceptance letter.
STEP 2. VIEWING
We will contact you to view the apartment! At that time, we will have you fill out a formal application and submit the application fee ($35 for students / $45 for non-students) per person (refundable if you do not sign with us). We require you to see the apartment/house in person before signing the lease.
STEP 3. APPROVAL
If you like the rental you have seen, we will continue the application process to lease signing. We do not have a waitlist so, if we have approved your application and you are happy with the property we can move on to the next step!
STEP 4. SIGNING
At the lease signing you will need to provide one check for the total of the first month’s rent, last month’s rent and deposit. Also, if you do not meet the financial requirements, you may be required to have a co-signer.

We include water, sewage, and garbage in our rent except for the houses.
All of our apartments are non-smoking.

Some but not all our locations are pet friendly, so please let us know if you intend to have a pet.
Pets are an additional $25 per pet per month fee with a one time $250 deposit, which is refundable as long as there is no damage to the apartment.
